) on October 28 and 29 for business hour's visitors. |

Administrative
arrangements : |

| 14.1 |
Indoor shell booth : |
Each
shell booth (stall) of 3 x 3 square metres with
one table, two chairs, one electricity connection
point, one dustbin and a fascia with exhibitor's
name will be made available to each exhibitor
upon the payment of US $ 300.00 (US Dollar Three
hundred) to the Trade Promotion Centre. The
rent for stall with the sizes different from
above will be provided on the basis of that
rate. |

Outdoor open area : |
For
the display of machineries & parts, equipments,
vehicles etc. open bare spaces can be used by
paying US $ 10 per sq.m. to the organizer. But
the minimum alloted space will be 36 sq.m. and
the exhibitors will have to construct, decorate
and dismantle the stall at their own expenses
and will have to inform the organizer as to
the description of such exhibits. |

Extra works : |
The
extra construction, decoration, furnishing,
electricity power etc. will be the responsibility
of the exhibitor concerned. |

| 15. |
Leviable
Duties, Taxes :
The concerned co-ordinator of the exhibiting
country will have to inform well in advance
(at least one month before the commencement
of the Fair) about the purpose of dispatching
the goods for the Fair. For this purpose, the
goods will have to be categorized into the headings
namely (i) goods for sale and other consumption
purposes and (ii) goods for exhibits only i.e.
goods to be returned to respective country after
the Fair. For customs clearance, the customs
office will require invoice, packing list, certificate
of origin, bill of transport and other necessary
documents. The customs office, on the basis
of required documents and undertaking (bond)
provided by the respective embassies of participating
countries, will release the goods for Fair after
its inspection and after the maintenance of
record of the quantity and value of the goods
brought for the Fair. After the Fair the exhibitor
can take back from Nepal the remaining exhibits
by paying customs duties and VAT on the value
of the exhibits sold in the Fair.
For the purpose mentioned above, the goods must
be categorized and submitted to customs office
and Trade Promotion Centre in the following
manner :
a) The description, quantity and value of the
goods to be sold in the Fair with the mention
of product price;
b) The description, quantity and value fo the
goods (put up for exhibition) to be returned
to the respective country after the fair with
the mention of product price rate; |

Official
Delegation and facilities :
Each official delegation comprising maximum
number of two members from each SAARC country
will be provided accommodation, meals and breakfast
in Kathmandu for six days along with local transportation. |
| 17. |
Organization
of concurrent Event :
The participating SAARC member countries, under
their own expenses and management, may organize
national day, cultural show, fashion show, food
festival, audio-visul/film show at the time
and place of the Fair fixed by the organizer.
(prior information as to the details and duration
of such programmes must be given to the organizer
at least a month ahead of the beginning of the
fair). |
